Here's a major throwback to one of the holiday spots I've enjoyed: Macau.

First stop: Visit temples and churches all around Macau.

With about 8 temples and over 15 churches around Macau, these cultural places are just places that you cannot miss. Whether it is to visit so you could pray or to visit and stare at the architecture in awe, the temples and churches in Macau does not disappoint at all because they each have their own stories to tell and they are all diversely unique in their own ways.

Bonus stop: Revisit the St. Paul's Ruins.

Although I have been to the St. Paul's Ruins during the first visit, I'd actually like to go right back and touch the crumbling stones again. Currently held together with steel builds, the St. Paul's Ruins is one of Macau's most iconic heritage ever. Beneath the ruins also lies the Museum of Sacred Art and Crypt where we can see Japanese and Vietnamese martyrs being displayed as well as amazing statues and religious paintings dating from the 17th century in all its glory.

As a whole, I have believe that coming back to Calcada De S. Paolo will reconnect my to the great days of how Macau has become one of the most historic places in Asia. It's just an experience you cannot miss, regardless of how short your visit to Macau is. Plus, you can actually just go around and grab yourself some of the famous Portuguese egg tarts by Lord Stow's Bakery that's around the corner at the bottom of the stairs from the St. Paul's Ruins.

So yes, Nuffnang and MGTO...please find my name on Santa's list of good children and grant me this early Christmas present by sending me to Macau again. I promise I'll also be good the following year and experience more parts of Macau as the time goes. You're all about fulfilling dreams in this city, right?  I shall sit around now and wait for awesome news without pouting! *Packs luggage anyway*

I know I'm really slow on putting this up but I have a valid reason to my delay, okay? I've been waiting for pictures from Nuffnang's official photographer because I didn't quite have any that were decent since lighting from extremely poor at the venue. So unless you've got a professional DSLR camera lugged by your neck, pictures that come out are most probably blur and dark while flashes just doesn't do pictures justice. I remember the birthday bash last year at LUST Bar, KL when I was still an intern and now I'm a part of the blogger community celebrating the company's birthday? Time sure flies right by when you least realize it.

This year's birthday bash was held at Barbeque Garden at Life Centre, KL and it's actually on the rooftop where it's open air and you get to see the night lights of Kuala Lumpur. In fact if you're looking at the right angle, you can even look at the KL Tower in all its glory in its lit up joy! Oh and in case you're wondering, Life Centre is right in front of the Wisma KFC and it's accessible via Monorail. Once you're there, just take the lift up to the 3rd floor and you'll see Barbeque Garden!

こんにちわ、みなさん! In case you're wondering, it means hello, everyone! I'm really putting my Japanese education to good use and seeing as that my 先生 has gone back to Japan for a month, I've got to buck up and practice it with every given chance! Lucky for me, whatever I'll be talking about today is fairly related to Japan so the hiragana practice does come in handy. So less rubbish and more good stuff.

I'm pretty sure 8 out of 10 if not all girls have heard of the brand KOSÉ by now but if you haven't, don't fret. This is where you can learn about them. KOSÉ is a cosmetic brand from Japan that was established in the year 1946 by Mr. Kozaburo Kobayashi and the company's main aim has always been to deliver cosmetics that would suit everyone's needs at top notch quality so you'll know that you're getting your money's worth when you splurge on KOSÉ products. Their line of cosmetic brands includes SEKKISEI, SEKKISEI SUPREME, SEIKISHO, ESPRIQUE and BEAUTÉ de KOSÉ just to name a few.

What I'm going to rave about today however is a product from their SEKKISEI line called the SEKKISEI lotion mask; a brand new wonder that I've fallen head over heels for. Seriously, I'm a sucker for anything that's great on my skin because I believe that every girl deserves to be pampered even by themselves if not by their better half. And these pampering sessions begins from home where masks, lotions and other things all come into play.

The thing about growing up for me has always been my oily and dull skin; mainly from genes and my laziness in giving my face proper care but the SEKKISEI lotion mask is here to save the day by giving my skin an instant brightening effect with the natural ingredients from just about 100 types of oriental plants that it packs. This goes along with their recipe for beautiful and translucent skin so everybody can have that ideally perfect skin that they want.

Oh and have I mentioned that it would give your skin a good moisture balance while reducing dullness, roughness, and pimples from the dryness of your skin? Pay good attention here, ladies who spend just about an entire day under the air-conditioning like myself! While the air-conditioning is undoubtedly comfortable to be around, it totally sucks moisture off your skin so you're left with nothing but dry skin that creates all these problems later on. And then you'd probably be under the sunlight when you head out for lunch like myself, resulting in redness from the sunburn but SEKKISEI has that totally under control too.

The thing about regular face lotions that I hate is how it leaves me with this sticky feeling and my hair keeps getting stuck to my face involuntarily and it's annoying to have to separate them. The lotion from this mask however would blend instantly into the skin; almost like melting snow onto our warm bodies so our skin is well moisturized and naturally regains its translucency right down to the pores.

Of course, we don't expect the lotion to just work magic without anything in it. In fact, there are 3 ingredients that has been doing all the work in this SEKKISEI lotion mask so all these miracles could happen and they're none other than:

Coix Seed extract is well known to increase metabolism while providing our skin with a whitening and moisturizing effect. It also prevents our skin from getting rough so you should now know how important it is to be in the SEKKISEI lotion mask!

Angelica extract on the other hand acts as a disinfectant from all the impurties our skin is exposed to on a daily basis whether we're outdoors or not as well as giving our skin a whitening and moisturizing effect.

Finally, the Melothria (Or better known as White lotus) extract has been added in the SEKKISEI lotion mask to suppress melanin production; a natural process in our body that gives our skin that tan when we're exposed to the sun. It's not that hard to figure that this is also a key ingredient to give our skin that whitening glow, right?

By now, you should be completely sold to the product so I'll cut to the chase to tell you that this amazing product can be found in every KOSÉ counter you can chance upon and they're sold for RM 170 for 200ml and RM 260 for 360ml respectively. More information can be found at their Facebook pages at https://www.facebook.com/kose.malaysia and https://apps.facebook.com/sekkisei_lotion or if you're on the more daring side, you could even check out their Ms. Cinderella contest where you can win up RM 15,000 in cash price and a trip to Japan!

Hello! I'm pretty glad people are still popping by to look for updates so I'm going to be really nice today and share a little on something new that's out in the market. The thing with our daily lives nowadays is how we're always in a hurry or we're just lazy. I know I am because my skincare regime has always been to pop in for a shower, come out and wipe dry then get dressed and begone. What isn't in the entire list is the fact that I should have stopped in between getting out of the water and getting dressed to apply on some lotion to my dry skin. But I didn't do that...obviously. It completely explains how I've gotten such dry skin that's even more dry than my own wallet today and for someone at my age, that's pretty sad when you think about it.

Unfortunately, it's an unavoidable issue for me to get dry skin because I work from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays in an air-conditioned office and I also sleep in an air-conditioned room because I can't stand being in the heat. I suppose having an inconsistent body clock also sends my skin straight to the land of nightmares so you should be able to know by now how bad it is if you were to touch my skin. As much as I try to be in touch with the extra feminine side in me what with the points where I would apply toner, moisturizer and other facial care items, I can't seem to find the drive to deal with other parts of my body like my hands and legs...as you can see above.

In fact, I've tried to drill it into me to apply lotion before putting on my clothes but I've found it to be a hassle when I have to wait till it dries off after application and there's also that fairly sticky feeling that lingers for the next 5 to 10 minutes. I know it means the lotion is working it's magic in giving my skin good moisture but I cannot stand it. So I thought of how I've been destined to look like a shedding snake for the rest of my life because I am that lazy until...

This is called the NIVEA In-Shower Skin Conditioner and as you could probably figure out by now, it's a conditioner for your skin while you're still under the running water. You just have to use it after your regular wash with whatever soap you're using and it promises to moisturize your skin immediately. Think of it as a conditioner like you'd use on your hair after shampooing except this time, it's for your body. Whoever thought of this new range must be just as lazy or forgetful as I am otherwise, they wouldn't have thought of such a shortcut now, would they?

What I was expecting from the bottle was something almost of the same texture as the NIVEA Intensive Body Milk lotion (That I used to use until laziness got the better of me) because they are after all from the same company but somehow the brand new NIVEA In-Shower Skin Conditioner actually has a little more watery touch to it. It also just glides on transparent and funny enough, it rinses off quicker than my hair conditioner does. Someone has done a really good job in creating this product!

The thing is, I was skeptical that it would help in the beginning because as we all know, being in the shower strips you away from the natural moisture your body produces but I've clearly been proved wrong. It has now been about a week since I've been pampering myself with the NIVEA In-Shower Skin Conditioner and I'll just say that it has done quite a good job considering how bad my dry skin was previously. While it isn't a 100% better, at the very least I am no longer a shedding snake and that's good enough for me. The after feeling is like a thin sheen of dewy-ness (Not stickiness!) which in my context of understanding, should be the moisture my skin really needs.

What I really like about it is how it smothers on easily then flows away just as quickly and then I'm ready to do whatever else after I've patted myself dry. The best part of it all is that I don't have to throw in an extra wait time of 10 minutes for any lotions to dry which means it's also good for me to use in the morning when I am in a fight with time to get to work. Oh and it smells really fantastic, I'm extremely addicted to sniffing myself right now. Creepy but true. I believe it is the scent almond oil because that's one of the key ingredients to the dry skin variant I've picked up.

If you're really that stubborn and you're still not sold on this awesome invention, maybe this video could help you. Don't be fazed with the time bar, it's actually an interactive video and you get to call some shots on what happens in the video. Oh and they also have hot guys in it so you know...that should be motivation enough to watch it.

You can thank me in the comments below. Until then, I must go. My work needs me. *Insert rocket meme here*
